Questions coaches ask
- Do clients need an account to book a session?
- No. They pick a time, enter their email, and pay. The confirmation and receipt go to that email.
- How do timezones work?
- You set availability in your timezone. Clients see the same slots converted to theirs, so nobody has to do the arithmetic.
- Can I take payment before the call?
- Yes - payment happens at the moment of booking, which is the point. The slot is only held once the charge succeeds.
- Does xoxo.bio take a cut of my coaching revenue?
